Milana Nick
Grants Specialist
Milana Nick joined the Washington Greene Health Foundation in May 2026, where she manages the full lifecycle of grant opportunities, supports both applicants and grantees through our expanding community grantmaking initiatives, and helps secure important funding that drives our mission and community programs.
She has over 20 years of experience in public and nonprofit management including policy research and analysis, grants management, board development, nonprofit start-ups, budgeting, and financial management. She earned her Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public and International Affairs and her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University.
Outside of work, Milana homeschools her two children, volunteers her time at her church and in the community, and helps her husband manage their 170-acre farm in Washington County.
