Board of Directors

Washington Greene Health Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors that volunteers their time and energy in the pursuit of the Foundation’s mission. This outstanding board draws its membership from the community at large. 

The Board of Directors plays a vital role in guiding and supporting the Washington Health System Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to improving the health and well-being in our community. Board members serve as stewards of the Foundation’s mission, providing governance, fiduciary oversight, and strategic direction to ensure donations are used responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with donor intent. They work closely with Foundation leadership to set policies, monitor financial performance, and uphold the highest standards of transparency and accountability.

The Board is comprised of respected community leaders and professionals who bring a wide range of experience and expertise in areas such as healthcare, finance, law, business, and nonprofit leadership. Their collective knowledge strengthens decision-making and helps the Foundation remain forward-thinking and financially sound. Because board members volunteer their time and talents, donors can trust that the Foundation is guided by individuals who are deeply committed to the community, understand the importance of responsible philanthropy, and are dedicated to ensuring the Foundation’s long-term impact and integrity.
