Jerry Gaughan

Jerry serves as the Major and Planned Giving Officer for the Washington Greene Health Foundation, where he works closely with donors to advance the Foundation’s mission through meaningful, long-term philanthropic partnerships. With broad experience in nonprofit development, Jerry specializes in major gifts, planned giving, donor stewardship, and relationship-based fundraising strategies that align donor passions with lasting community impact.

Known for his thoughtful, donor-centered approach, Jerry is committed to building trust, fostering generosity, and helping supporters see the tangible difference their philanthropy makes in the region.

Outside of his professional work, Jerry enjoys writing songs and screenplays, golf, and spending time with his family, pursuits that reflect his creativity, balance, and appreciation for connection both on and off the job.
