A free event for the staff of nonprofit organizations that are strengthening health and well-being in Washington and Greene counties.
Join the Washington Greene Health Foundation and fellow community partners for a restorative day focused on your own wellness, resilience, and growth. Through thought-provoking discussions, practical strategies for addressing vicarious trauma, insights on neuroplasticity, movement, nutrition, and meaningful connection with peers, you'll explore ways to support your own well-being while continuing the important work of building healthier communities.
